(8/9/09) Pinsent Mason have confirmed Balfron Group Ltd have been restored to the Register of Companies. It would seem likely that a further four months will be taken however, drawing up legal letters to cause insolvency, then go into liquidation and then a further TWO YEARS for the PPF to assess an application to join. Why are the legal insolvency letters not already available?
