(21/9/09) Balfron Group Ltd restored to the register of companies. This restoration was confirmed by PM via AFTS's letter of the 8th September 2009. The next step is to force INSOLVENCY onto Balfron Group Ltd.

"OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS legal documentation will be put in place to try and cause the company to go into liquidation". Why are these documents not ready NOW! Each step is taking approx four months!!
